#1 For start, you need to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. This can be done with the so called circuit training. It is a system of exercises for different parts of the body that are done one after the other in order to cover all the muscles. These are exercises like push-ups, lunges, crunches and deep squats. Develop a set of exercises that suits you and do them with 15 repetitions, and between them skip rope for one minute. In this way, you will spend between 500 and 600 calories.
#2 Every other day, start doing exercises like stomach crunches and leg lifting from lying position with 20 repetitions. Between this two exercises try the plank exercise – lean on your elbows and toes and count to 20. 3-4 series of this exercises should be enough.
#3 In order for this exercises to be effective in such a short period, it is necessary to introduce some changes in the diet. Focus on fruits and vegetables, wholemeal bread, pasta, chicken and fish, as well as milk and dairy products with low fat.
#4 Avoid stressful situations, because when you are stressed your body produces the hormone cortisol, which encourages the accumulation of fat, especially in the stomach. Apply breathing techniques, listen to relaxing music, do not get yourself upset and you will have visible results in short term!
