1 – beef steaks 3 to 4 tablespoons
2 – eggs 3 to 4 tablespoons
3 – salt to taste
4 – garlic cloves 3 to 4 tablespoons
5 – tomatoes 2 to 3 tablespoons
6 – peppers 1 teaspoon
7 – lemon juice 2 tablespoons
8 – brown sugar 1 tablespoon
9 – mustard paste 1 teaspoon Spoon
10 – salad leaves custom
11 – cottage cheese custom
12 – cooking oil custom
Step by Step Instructions
1.beef steak, wash and dry half a kilo of undercut meat pieces and put salt, crushed garlic and chopped black pepper on them and keep them for 20 to 25 minute.
2. In a non stick frying pan.
3. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil and fry the steaks on high heat and at the same time sprinkle a few drops of vinegar on it.
4. Prepare all the steaks in the same way.
5. Then add half a cup of cooking oil in it little by little.
6. Cut the slices of steaks in a large bowl and add the prepared sauce on it and mix well.
7. Then add slices of boiled egg and tomato in it. Sprinkle salt and brown sugar on top and keep in the fridge.
