British health agency recently conducted a study in which the results have shown that Wi-Fi can have bad effect on the development of plants, but also have negative effect on human health.
Our wireless devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc…) are connected to the Internet through routers, which in turn are emitting electromagnetic waves or WLAN signals, which can be hazardous to human health.
The results of over-exposure to Wi-Fi are:
- Chronic fatigue
- Pain in the ears
- Cardiac stress
So how can you protect yourself from this negative influence of technology? Well the first thing you can do is not sleep in a room where there are a lot of devices.
But this is not enough. Below are the most effective tips to help you safely (and partially) reduce the damage:
- Always turn off the Wi-Fi when you don’t need it, especially during the night
- Do not place the router in your bedroom or your kitchen
- When you are buying router try to purchase a low EMF modem
- Swap wireless for wired whenever you can
