I wanted to delay my periods for one week, I could clearly remember that day, I and my friend were searching on internet all the possible ways to delay our periods because of that long vacation we were planning. Our vacation was pending since long and hardly we got such long leave, we didn’t want to miss 5 days of holidays just to waste sitting idle at home. Being in a group of 5 girls there were always chances to have periods to one of us on same date when we plan for vacation. Drink one TSP of apple cider vinegar mixed in water daily for 10 days before your periods to delay them. Drinking apple cider vinegar has so many benefits and some of the few involve getting rid of excess fat and toxins from the body.
Mixing 2 spoons of mustard powder with one cup warm milk and drinking this a week before periods help to delay them.
Gram lentil soup
Take a cup of gram lentil and grind it to make a powder. In a saucepan, add warm water and gram lentil powder. Now prepare soup using gram flour as a base ingredient. Drink this soup one week before the date of your period.
