Tangerine smoothie for healthy “flu-less” winter

Tangerine is a practical, tasty and healthy fruit that provides many nutritional benefits. One mandarin weighing about 110 grams contains 32 milligrams of vitamin C, which is half the recommended daily allowance.

Needed ingredients:

  • 4 dl of water
  • 2 bananas
